We investigate all of the exterior of the home including the roof, chimney, gutters, siding, foundation, utilities, garages, decks, patios, driveways, walkways, etc. |
From Top....
We are one of the few Home Inspectors that are fully licensed by the FAA to fly our drones. Our equipment is top notch and our state of the art cameras provide clear images of the roof and related items, all without risking injury or damage from walking on the roof. |

We explore the basement and crawl spaces looking for evidence of water, insect damage, mold and other conditions. We inspect the foundation, heating, AC, electrical, plumbing and structure as well. |

Every visible area of the home is inspected and rated with comments and photos to provide a detailed yet concise report. Doors, windows and all mechanical systems (heating, cooling, well, etc....) are inspected as well as electrical outlets, lights and controls. Fireplaces and their components are inspected along with plumbing faucets, tubs, toilets and drains. Ceilings, floors, stairs, walls and many other items are thoroughly checked and documented.
